AROMATHERAPY: A full body massage using scented essential
oils and lights, smoothing movements. Different oils are used
for different therapeutic benefits.
HERBAL / SEAWEED WRAP: Cotton sheets or strips of cloth,
steeped in a variety of aromatic herbs and/or sea enzymes,
are wrapped around the body, which is then covered with blankets
or towels to prevent the moist heat from escaping. A relaxing
treatment to soothe soreness, soften skin, and detoxify the
body.
HOT STONE MASSAGE: A massage using smooth, dark, heated
stones to relieve stiffness and soreness and restore energy.

THAI MASSAGE: A manipulation of the body
using passive yoga-like stretching and gentle pressure with
the hands and feet along ''energy lines'' in the body.
VICHY SHOWER MASSAGE: Relaxing massage
performed under sprinklers to improve the body's circulation.
Water is heated to body temparature.
