Comments:  Domaine St Bernard was beautiful and we were lucky enough to experience it despite it having just reopened after a snow storm with power outages and trees down. The snowshoeing gear was high quality. Bernard at the desk was super kind, talkative and helpful. He recommended the trail to Mt Onontio. It was more strenuous than we bargained for (we were told 2-2.5 hrs and it took us closer to 4, trekking/ski poles would have helped) but the views and feeding the chickadees were great. It was my favorite activity in Tremblant by far!

Comments:  The Domaine was a great place to visit, we had a very enjoyable walk over a trail recommended by the friendly Bernard there. Chickadees basically accompanied us the entire time on the trail. The snowshoes were in good conditions & helped us a lot in treading over the terrain throughout.

Comments:  Loved the cross country ski lesson. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 is because it was advertised as a 75 minute lesson but the instructor only stayed with us for 1 hour.

Comments:  Domaine St Bernard is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. All the trails are perfectly marked, yet the forest does not feel overly groomed or intruded upon. Bravo to excellent conservation and stewardship.

Comments:  I did not take the guided tour. I explored on my own. The coordinator who assisted me with my snowshoes the morning of, was very pleasant and helpful with explaining me the various trails.\r\nI was very happy with my experience. Will definitely do it again. \r\nGood value for money.

Comments:  Everyone at the spa at the Fairmont was wonderful. I found it odd that the spa shares a locker room with the gym. The spa should have a locker attendant. After lunch, i tried to go to the locker room and the gym door was locked. Since i was not a guest of the hotel at the time, i could not get in. I have a mobility issue so traversing the steps was a difficult task.

Comments:  The booking didn't seem to have been made. When we got to the cross country ski center, no one knew about our reservation. Eventually they got us an instructor but we had to wait 30 minutes.

Comments:  I wish that there was a means of transportation provided from our hotel to the Domaine St. Bernard and back. My husband drove me back and forth, but it disrupted his downhill skiing on the mountain. Otherwise, my experience was wonderful!

Thanks for the comments. In fact there is no dedicated transport. We usually recommend a taxi when guests ask, because its a short 15minute drive.

Comments:  I would make it easier to return the snowshoes - we got caught up behind a HUGE group checking in when we simply wanted to return the snowshoes and get our ID back. Other than that - it was great. Thought the free bird feed was a nice touch - we enjoyed feeding the chickadees!

Comments:  Very well organized trail system. We did an open snow shoe adventure from 9:30-12:00. Not sure why the reservation center reservation said we had to be there at 9:15 if we were going at our own pace for up to 3 hours. We ended up going for 1 hour and I would have preferred to choose a later hour in that 3 hour window. Ideally reservation should just say you can snow shoe up to any 3 hours arrive before your times lot is over.

Thanks for your feedback.

Our equipment goes out twice a day. So 9:15 rental needs to be back by 12:00 so that it is available for the afternoon. If you arrive later that your start time it cuts into your snowshoeing time. This is why we suggest you be on time.

Comments:  Our teacher was very helpful and friendly, a small language barrier since we don't speak any French, definitly need to practice before our next trip up to Tremblant. Enjoyed the cross country trails and the equipment that was availiable for rental was of a good quality.

We are taking Covid-19 seriously. We are committed to providing a safe environment for our guests & staff. We need your cooperation to keep our staff, our guides and other guests safe as well.

These are the steps we are taking to keep our cross-country skiing and snowshoeing activities clean and safe:

• We are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the Quebec Ministry of Public Health and will continue to adapt.
• We are currently in a red zone. Please respect the preventive measures of our zone.
• Any employee or guest who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms on-site, or within the past 14 days, may not participate.
• Any employee or guest who has been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or is living with a person with symptoms, or is waiting for a test result, or has returned from a trip outside the country, may not participate.
• A physical distance of 2 meters must be maintained.
• Hygiene measures will be in place and enforced for employees and guests; handwashing, coughing into elbows, no handshaking.
• You must bring a mask, neck warmer or balaclava; of two layers, completely covering the nose and mouth, because a physical distance of 2M not always possible.
• You must bring protective glasses (ie ski goggles) because a physical distance of 2M not always possible.
• Activity meetings and preparations will mostly take place outdoors during the pandemic so dress warmly for all activities.
• Wearing mask is mandatory inside.
• One person or one family at a time at rental desk.
• Equipment is disinfected between each use.
