Comments:  We both enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to others. The girl was very well informed and provided us with great information on this species. She definitely was passionate about her job. Easy to talk to and a really hardworking girl.

Comments:  Rafael exuded energy, offered terrific insight into the lives of falcons, made everyone in our party, from ages 4 - 77, feel totally welcome, included, and able to navigate the challenges of the terrain. If we could give him an 11 rating, we would!

Comments:  Everything was perfect, one of our best memories! Our guide, Raphael was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He told us that the hawk is an animal, sometimes they won’t do what we hope. But everything was amazing and we got lucky and the hawk, Onyx, was so patient with is. Because of Raphael’s skill and honesty, I felt comfortable letting my 7-year-old son hold his arm out for a bird of prey to come diving right at him! It was magical to be so close to such a beautiful hawk, to look in her eyes. Wow!! I have recommended this to many people since then and showed them the videos and photos! Raphael helped me get a fabulous slo-mo shot as well, I truly appreciate him making it such a special experience for us!

Comments:  Raphael did an excellent job of guiding the experience. He shared his knowledge and engaged us in all aspects of the activity. Phoenix was of course the star including a few diva tantrums to make sure we knew he was the boss. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience!

Comments:  Fabulous activity! We are a family of 4 and we all loved it! Or guide was extremely knowledgable, super friendly and fluently bilingual. The only thing that would make it even better, would be either 2 birds present, or 15 minutes longer, as our kids had lots of questions about the bird.

Comments:  Anna was great. Her ability to switch from English to French when curious onlookers stopped to ask questions was impressive. She answered all our questions and made sure I was able to get good angles to take pictures. She did a wonderful job.

Comments:  It was a really good experience and the operator was great! As for the last question #3 below I was say that the activity experience was excellent but the other parts of the vacation were great also such as the climb down the mountain and our bike rides, time at the beach ect. I would highly recommend this activity of the Falcon bird to others and may do it again!

Comments:  Shawna was Awesome!!!!! Great mixture of learning and fun. But you should warm people of mobility requirements and of bugs. Fine for us but we almost brought grandparents who would have struggled. It would have been better if we were told to wear longs and a bug net.

Comments:  We were lucky to be just my wife and I. This was part of what made it a wonderful experience as we got to interact with the bird of prey more times then if we were with a bigger group. The guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I hope you continue to keep it to very small groups.

Comments:  Lucy led us on the Apprentice Falconry walk, and all three of us felt it was the highlight of our entire trip. Lucy and her Harris Hawk made it simply the most amazing wildlife experience we've had since a pod of killer whales passed our water taxi in British Columbia nine years ago. We were blown away by Lucy's knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm. We enjoyed the Apprentice Falconry activity so much, we came back the next day for the Birds of Prey show on top of the mountain, which was also amazing but less personal and "hands on." Thank you, Lucy! I noticed that the Apprentice Falconry activity wasn't listed in the drop-down box on this form page. It should be!

Comments:  The operator Luci was great, she was very friendly and was very good at teaching about the bird of prey. You can tell she is passionate about it and she seemed to enjoy her job a lot. The activity was really nice, great location, fascinating animal, I just wish there was a little more demonstration or time handling the bird - but I understand since it is a living being and wouldn't want to overwhelm it with different people every day.

Comments:  Mary Ann - the guide for the falconer's apprentice activity - was fantastic. She was very informative and upbeat and her love of her work was obvious and infectious. The falconer's apprentice activity was easily our favorite activity.

Her warm/friendly personality, knowledge and skill as a Falconer was a good model for us to emulate on our walk. It was wonderful to work with Onyx our 4 year old Harris Hawk partner. Ability to interact with a bird of prey up close and personal is an amazing experience, and our guide made it even more so. Fabulous family experience
