All our Mont-Tremblant treehouses at Refuges Perchés are unique and have been built to best fit into their immediate environment...wilderness. Southern orientations to maximize sunlight and an abundance of windows allows you to enjoy the natural surroundings in this back-country setting.

Our treehouses all have sunny terraces, an outside fire pit with grill, a pic-nic table and a semi-private dock. They are insulated, heated with wood, furnished with comfortable beds and are equipped for cooking. The treehouses are pedestrian trail (wide hiking trail) and water access only, to provide a quiet and natural setting, 12 to 20 minute walk (200 to 800 meters) from the reception Pavillion. Canoe or baggage carts provided SO PACK LIGHT ideally in back packs, and wear hiking shoes or boots if it has rained recently.  Winter: Toboggans are provided for free and snowshoes are rented for 5$ p.p. for the duration of your stay. Wear snowboots. 

 

On the site, you will find showers and bathrooms,  laundry facilities, wi-fi and a small convenience store (at the park gate, summertime everyday - open week-ends only from Sept 5th to Oct 10th - closed in winter).

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum of 2 night stay is highly recommended. This gives you time to relax and explore. After preparing for camping and packing food and bags , its better to stay 2 nights! 

The treehouses only have 1 living space area plus a mezanine or a bump-out for beds where indicated.

Dogs are welcome in the treehouses, on the site, and on the hiking trails if on a leash.

Important information
Location

25 minutes from the town of Mont-Tremblant. 40 minutes from Tremblant resort. 1h40 minutes from Montreal and 2h15 minutes from Ottawa.

Driving directions will be provided in your reservation confirmation by email.

Check-in & check-out hours

Check-in: Between 3:30 p.m. & 5 p.m. from Saturday to Thursday & from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday. You can arrive earlier and enjoy the park. 

Check-out: Between 9 am & 11 a.m., early check-out is possible, please inform us at check-in.

Make your check-in and check-out days full days! You can use the Parc all day before your check-in and all day after your check-out.

 
Included

Wood stove (wood not included, bags of sustainably harvested local wood available for purchase on site), propane stove and BBQ for cooking (BBQ n/a during winter) (propane not included, available to purchase at 9,50$), a kitchenette with sink, 60 L cooler, all equipment needed to cook and serve meals.

Table and chairs, beds for 4-6 and 4-6 pillows.

Camp fire pit with grill and picnic table.

2 Luggage carts and or canoe to transport baggage 12 to 20 minutes (200 to 800 meters).  Canoes are also available for free overnight for transporting baggage only (8 minutes paddling) and must be returned to the main dock by 10 a.m. the next morning.

Winter: Toboggans are provided

Our treehouses are nestled in the back country of the Laurentians forests. We respect the environment and to apply ''leave no trace'' principles: There is no running water and no garbage services at the cabins (only at the reception building). Please minimze your footprint buy packing out what you pack in.

All our clients are automatically covered by Airmedic medical emergency helicopter evacuation, for the duration of the activity. For full details see the Airmedic page.

All inclusive package***

This package includes:1 bag of wood for each night,1 Cabin kit (see below for the list of items), snowshoes for all guests for the duration of  stay OR up to 2 canoes for the duration of  stay. Sleeping bags for overseas guests. Please note;this package does not include Park access fees.

Cabin Kit: 1L  recyclable propane bottle (fits propane stove and BBQ in cabin), dish cloth x1, dish towel x2, tea candles x  6 (3.5hr burning time/candle), organic composting bag  x 1, bag for recycling x 1, garbage bag x 1, matches x2, 15L water bottle (can be refilled at pavillion), battery pack for cabin lights and basic smal items, water purifier (water can be taken from lake to be filtered as drinking water).

Please Note

To help you prepare your stay, a detailed list of what is provided and the driving directions, will be emailed with your reservation confirmation. PACK LIGHT AS YOU HAVE TO TRANSPORT YOUR GEAR 12-20 MINUTES WITH A BAGGAGE CART ON A HIKING TRAIL OR BY CANOE. Wear hiking shoes or boots if it has rained recently.  Winter: Toboggans are provided. Snowshoes are rented at $5 p.p. for the duration of your stay.   PACK LIGHT ideally in back packs, and wear snow boots, especially if it has snowed.

Mattresses and pillows are provided, you must bring your own bedding (sleeping bag and pillow case). You can buy a sleeping bag and a pillow case on site for 40$. If you need sleeping bags please mention it in the comments section on your reservation request.

Dry toilets are located near each cabin. Full bathrooms with showers are available at the Reception - Pavillion building.

Electricity is limited (via  power pack available for rent for $7 - about 10-15 hrs of battery life for our lights & 4-6hrs for cell phone or tablet charging).

Access to Parc Eco des Laurentides is not included, you must pay once you are there. Prices include taxes.
SUMMER 2017 (May 13 to Oct 10): Prices are per night per person: $8.70 for adult, free for child (0-17 years), 6.09$ for senior (60 yrs+).
WINTER 2016-2017 (Oct 11 to May 12) : Price is $10 per night per cabin.

**Promotion 3rd night at 50% off only applies during identified periods. When Monday is a holiday, the promotion does not apply. Can not be combined with another offer.

Groups
Get the 10th treehouse for free.
 
Our site is perfect for hosting groups of family, friends or colleagues. With our 10 treehouses, we can lodge up to 52 people. 
 
For lunches or other events, the park has a gazebo right near our reception that can take up to 30 people. We also have a very scenic gazebo right on the water for up to 30 people.
 
In our reception - pavillion building we have an auditorium seating up to 60 people.
Conditions

* Minimum 2 nights when booking Friday or Saturday. Minimum 2 nights from June 24 to Sept. 4 AND  Dec 23 to January 8. Minimum 2 nights when booking Friday or Saturday or Sunday when Monday is a holiday.

Children under 5 yrs old are free.

All treehouses are non-smoking.

A $190 security deposit is required at check-in by credit card.
