Quality-Sécurity certification is a self-regulation program for adventure tourism companies, developed by Aventure Écotourisme Québec with financial support from the Quebec Ministry of Tourism. Its aim is to ensure maximum safety for all those involved in nature and adventure activities in Quebec.
The AEQ accreditation program includes some sixty generic standards, as well as standards specific to each of the activities offered. The program is regularly updated by the AEQ to keep pace with developments in our industry. Standards are developed by advisory committees made up of company executives and outdoor industry experts (e.g. outdoor federations, discipline specialists).
The Mont-Tremblant Activity Centre aims to offer the widest range of outdoor activities in the Laurentians, certified Quality-Safety by the AEQ.

Some of our activities are also certified for ecotourism.
Ecotourism is about exploring nature while preserving it. It includes activities that help visitors understand the environment, while encouraging respect for it. It’s a sustainable approach that benefits local communities.
