12km on best stretch of calm river, with sandy beaches. Perfect for swimming and pic-nics.

12km descent on calm river. Cross the Lac Chat and so some portage on 100m of the small rapids. Possible to bring lunch, having a pic-nic, swim, etc.

Observe the loons by sea kayaks on Lac Monroe with a naturalist guide who will interpret their behavior.
