Our course includes all necessary climbing equipment, so all you need to bring is a few essentials: lunch, snacks, water, good clothing and a sense of adventure. First, you’ll spend about 1h30 on technical training and demonstration with our fully certified guide, then getting you geared up and taking a little hike to the rock wall.
Then the real fun starts! For the next 3.5 hours, our guides will teach you the proper way to climb, as well as the proper techniques for belaying and rappelling. You will top rope climbing on walls around 30m high at a rating between 5.4 and 5.10. You will have the chance to climb and descend several times over the course of the lesson.
Your day finishes up with the hike back to the cabin to return the equipment.
