ALTERNATE ROUTES FOR THE IRONMAN EVENT
Hi,
If you have been directed to this link it is because you have activities reserved on the Mont-Tremblant region DURING The Ironman, and you need to be aware of potential traffic problems that could affect you.
Please review the following instructions for reservations on the Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2026 as several roads will be closed or only accessible one-way for the event Ironman.
Please expect significant delays travelling in the area, and please have the address of your meeting point (found in the reservation email we sent to you) on hand to provide to police escorts or event staff. Saturday 20th June 2026: It will still be possible to get to the Tremblant resort and to park there but with delays.
NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON THE RESORT, YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO DRIVE OUT FROM 6h00 TO 9h00.

1.Take the highway15 North until Ste-Agathe. At Ste-Agathe, the 15 North joins the 117 North. Continue on the highway 117 North.
2. At the first exit roundabout on highway 117 in Mont-Tremblant, exit to the right for Mont-Tremblant Centre Ville, then right again for Montée Kavanagh. Continue for about 2 kms. At the fourth stop sign, turn left on 8ème Rang for 3 km. Turn right at the intersection on rue Labelle for 4 kms.
3.Policemen will direct you to park your car in a large parking for the Ironman event situated in the Wheeler (Gray Rocks) airstrip and you will take an express free shuttle to the resort Tremblant
From OTTAWA
1.Take the highway 50 Est and then 148 Est towards Montebello. Take the 323 North towards Mont-Tremblant. At the end of the 323, turn right on the 117 South for a few kms.
2.At the roundabout in Mont-Tremblant, get off highway 117 South by exiting to the left for Mont-Tremblant Centre Ville, then right for Montée Kavanagh. Continue for about 2 kms. At the fourth stop sign, turn left on 8ème Rang for 3 kms. Turn right at the intersection on rue Labelle for 4 kms

From OLD VILLAGE
1.Cross the village and follow the deviation after Lake Mercier on your right towards Chemin Lac-Mercier and Labelle-Conception. This road will become Ch. De la station, continue for about 6 kms. At the stop sign (T intersection), turn right on Route des Tulipes.
2.At the intersection, cross the 117 highway to take the deviation on rue Principale of the village La Conception. Follow route de la Montagne d’Argent for about 5kms. Go back to the 117 South Highway towards Montréal.

1.Cross the village and follow the deviation after Lake Mercier on your right towards Chemin Lac-Mercier and Labelle-Conception.
2. This road will become ch. De la station, continue for about 6 kms.
3. At the stop sign (T intersection), turn left on Route des Tulipes.
5. Park at the building on the right with a yellow sign saying Pause Plein Air. You will be greeted here
From MONTREAL, and From Ottawa, and from VILLE DE MONT-TREMBLANT (ST-JOVITE) 1.Once you arrive in Mont-Tremblant Continue on the highway 117 North following the route deviations. 2.You will be directed onto hwy 117 south but heading north (traffic will be split and both directions will share the lanes) for about 7 kms, take the exit of Chemin de la Montagne d’ argent to go to the village La Conception. 3.Once you arrive at the village you turn right to Chemin des Tulipes. Go straight through the next stop sign and continue 50 meters. Turn right onto Place des Tulipes
4. Park at the first building on the left with a yellow sign saying Pause Plein Air. You will be greeted here.

3.Take 107 exit on your right to St-Faustin-Lac-Carré and Lac Supérieur in front of Mont-Blanc ski resort.
4.Turn left and pass under the highway then right at the T-intersection onto rue Principale. Continue about 3km through the village. Do NOT take Ch. Lac Superieur.
5.Shortly after the village the road becomes Chemin du Lac Quenouille.
6.Drive for about 12.6km on Chemin du Lac Quenouille and turn right on Montée charron (Ch. Charron). Continue 3.2km.
7.Turn left at the T-intersection on Chemin Val-des-Lacs and continue 1.4km.
8. Turn right on Chemin Lac Orignal. The driveway is the first on the left. Drive and park at the first building on your left for horseback riding / the last building for all other activities, here you will be welcomed.

3.After about 5km you will pass the grocery stores (IGA, SuperC and Maxi) and cross 2 roundabouts.
4.Approximately 2km after the second roundabout, you will see on your right a blue sign for Héli-Tremblant.
5. You have to cross the 117 in front of the St-Jovite Motel to get back on the 117 North. Turn right into Héli-Tremblant.

1.Take Chemin Curé-Deslauriers then turn right on Chemin Duplessis. At the traffic circle turn right on Chemin du Village for 4kms. Then follow the instructions From OLD VILLAGE below.
From OLD VILLAGE
1.Cross the village and follow the deviation after Lake Mercier, policemen will escort you to continue onto ch. du village
2. You will see a gravel entrance on your left, beside a large billboard, surrounded by tall fences, just before the fire station. Enter here. If you cross a bridge over the Diable River you have gone too far.
3. Drive through the gates and proceed 400 meters to park at the Academy building where you will be expected.
From MONTREAL or OTTAWA or VILLE DE MONT-TREMBLANT (ST-JOVITE)
1.Once you arrive in Mont-Tremblant Continue on the highway 117 North following the route deviations
2.You will be directed onto hwy 117 south but heading north(traffic will be split and both directions will share the lanes) for about 7 kms, take the exit of Chemin de la Montagne d’ Argent to go to the village La Conception. 3.Once you arrive at the village you turn right to rue des Tulipes.

4.After 200m turn left at the traffic lights onto Ch. de la rivière, go 200 meters and turn left to get back onto the highway at 15 Nord Mont-Tremblant
5.Go 1.2km and take exit 88 for Rue Demontigny, turn right at the T-intersection onto ch. Chateau Bleu, after 500m take the first right after the bridge/stop sign onto Ch. Mont-Catherine (Rue Trudeau)
6.You will see a parking lot after 400m on the left. Park here and walk up to the chalet where you will be greeted.

6. After entering the Park but before the Park gates, park in the lot beside the welcome centre. Meet in the welcome centre

Turn left on sur ch. de la Montagne (2km) until the sign Paintball. Turn left and the welcome area is at the end.

4.. In Brebeuf, stay on the 323 South (turn left at the intersection in the village) Follow directions for Montebello on highway 50. (just after the Omega Park).
5.Take the highway 50 Est until the exit 233 (Harrington, Kilmar).
6. At the stop sign, turn left then you have another left on Chemin des Sept Chutes, – you will see the sign “Expéditions Nouveau Monde”. (about 1 km).

They will have a bus signed “NewWorld – Nouveau Monde”.

4.Turn right towards Montée Kavanagh for about 2 km.
5.At the 4th stop, turn left at 8eme rang for about 3 km.
6.At the end of the rang at the stop sign, turn right to Labelle rue
7. Turn right at Chemin Saint-Bernard just between Lac Ouimet and the Hotel Le Grand Lodge.
8. Drive to the end of the road (2km) where you will find the Domaine St-Bernard. Present your reservation at the gatehouse.
9.Once inside there are 5 buildings clustered together. All activities start at the centre building with the red roof except Astronomy. The Astronomy building (Velan Pavilion) is South-East of all the others.

1.Cross the village and follow the deviation after the Lake Mercier on your right towards Chemin Lac-Mercier and Labelle-Conception. This road will become ch. De la station, continue for about 6 kms . At the stop sign (T intersection), turn left on Route des Tulipes.
2.At the intersection, cross the 117 highway to take the deviation on rue Principale of the village of La Conception. Follow route de la Montagne d’Argent for about 5kms. Go back to the 117 South Highway towards Montréal.
3.After about 5km you will pass the grocery stores (IGA, SuperC and Maxi) and cross 2 roundabouts, at the 2nd roundabout turn left towards Centre-Ville Mont-Tremblant (St-Jovite)
4. At the 2nd exit take rue de St Jovite for 2.30 km until the traffic lights (near the church) and then turn right to take 327 north (rue Labelle).
5. Continue 1.4 km and turn right on rue Coupal.
6.We are the large building on the left, park on the rue or in the lot to the right on the building. You will be greeted inside.

1.Take Chemin Curé-Deslauriers then turn right on Chemin Duplessis. At the roundabout, turn right on Chemin du Village for 4kms. Then follow the instructions From OLD VILLAGE below.
From OLD VILLAGE
1.Cross the village and follow the deviation after Lake Mercier on your right towards Chemin Lac-Mercier and Labelle-Conception. This road will become ch. De la station, continue for about 6 kms . At the stop sign (T intersection), turn left on Route des Tulipes.
2.At the intersection, cross the 117 highway to take the deviation on rue Principale of the village of La Conception. Follow the route de la Montagne d’Argent for about 5kms. Go back to the 117 North to l’Ascension 40 km (traffic will be split and both directions will share the lanes)
3. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Ascension onto Rte Bellerive/QC-321 N
4.Continue 350m and turn left onto rue l’Annonciation N (QC-321N)
5. Continue 18km, this eventually becomes Rue Principale ouest, cross the river and turn left onto Chemin des Iles.
7. Park at 95 Ch. des Iles (sign Outdoor Logistics). You will be greeted here for your check-in.
