1. Requests for Changes or Cancellations to an existing reservation that are time sensitive, must be made verbally to a member of The Tremblant Activity Centre staff during working hours OR via the “Manage your Reservation” links in our reservation email.
2. Cancellations or changes to all reservations within 48 hours of the start date/time are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified) (within 14 days for camping, cabins, treehouses. For groups see below). No shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations or changes to all reservations made prior to 48 hours from the start date/time are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise specified) (for our camping, cabins, treehouses, prior to 14 days from the start date/time are subject to a 10% charge of the total reservation amount).
4. Groups of 15 participants or more must pay 50% upon reservation with the balance due 7 days before the activity. Cancellations or changes to all reservations within 7 days of the start date/time are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes to all reservations made prior to 7 days from the start date/time are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise specified).
5. We reserve the right to cancel an activity without notice (even though we will always try to let you know you as soon as we cancel). This would normally be for, but is not limited to, safety and security reasons, climatic conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases an alternative date or full refund will be provided at your option.
6. For rental products, the customer making the reservation is responsible for damage or loss.
It is your responsibility to be at the meeting/pick up point on time, otherwise the activity will take place without you. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you are unsure of any information or driving directions.
We recommend binging/renting a car in Montreal if you are coming to visit the Mont-Tremblant area and want to get around easily. We are in a rural area so taxis/rideshare can be limited or delayed in high season.
Some activities can only be modified with our team. If you are unable to modify your reservation, contact us.
If you have reserved one of our activities via a third party such as Get Your Guide, Viator, Manawa, AirBnB, VRBO, tremblant.ca or Mont Tremblant Reservations, you may MODIFY your reservation on this page but it is NOT possible to CANCEL your reservation using this page. Please use the third parties website, app or customer service phone line.
