Our Family Fishing Trips in Mont Tremblant offers an initiation to fly fishing. Our instructor will show you the basic casting techniques, explain fish habitat and feeding behaviour. You will then have the opportunity to apply your new skills on the river.

Know Before you Reserve

  • Catch and release only.
  • All our Family Package prices are for spouses living at the same address.
  • 8 years old minimum.
  • Children under 13 yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • If only 1 parent with up to 4 children (17yrs-) please choose the first pricing option (Family package – 1-2 children (17yrs-)).

Know Before you Go

  • Please dress appropriately for fishing. Ask if you are unsure or see our What to wear section.

Additional Information

  • Our base is 10 minutes from Tremblant resort. We are situated less than a 2-hour drive from Montreal and Ottawa.
  • Types of fish: Fallfish. Possibility of bass and pike.
  • For guests who choose to reserve in advance (recommended), directions to meeting points will be provided in your reservation by email. Otherwise, directions will be handed to you when you reserve at The Activity Centre.
  • Prices do not include taxes or mandatory resort royalty of 3% and may be subject to change without notice.

Can I keep the fish to eat it?

We encourage catch and release but if you catch a fish that is legal to keep, you can bring it with you. On Lake Ouimet and Lake Tremblant, it is catch and release only.
