Imagine lifting off from our private base and watching the landscape unfold beneath you. Rolling hills, glittering lakes, winding rivers, and depending on the season blazing autumn foliage, snow covered forest, or a carpet of summer green. From the air, the Mont-Tremblant region looks completely different, and that perspective shift is part of what makes this flight memorable. The flight lasts about 30 minutes.
After your flight, we land directly at the farm. A private heated dome is ready for your group, sheltering you from the elements whether it’s a crisp autumn afternoon or a cold winter evening. Inside, your picnic basket is waiting.
You’ll choose between two basket options:
- The Prairie Basket, featuring house-made focaccia, smoked salmon or pork rillettes, farm-made pickles and chips, a classic tomato salad with mozzarella and basil, fresh fruit, and then hazelnut and strawberry crêpes.
- Or go with the Signature Basket for an elevated spread that includes farm-made focaccia with dill butter, mini lobster rolls with Gaspé lobster, smoked duck breast and duck rillettes, Oka cheese with nuts, the same classic tomato salad, fresh fruit, and the house crêpe with strawberries and lemon ganache.
